2. How to raise a grievance

Use Helpdesk in the app (category: Grievance — auto-escalated), email the officers above or privacy@lendigo.in, or write to our registered office with your mobile number and loan/application reference.

3. Escalation

If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the relevant RBI Ombudsman scheme applicable to NBFCs, as notified from time to time.
