1. Data fiduciary

Dhantrix Financing Private Limited (LendiGo), CIN U64199KA2026PTC214926, with registered office at No. 288, Motappanapalya, Indiranagar, Bengaluru – 560038, Karnataka, India, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through the LendiGo digital lending platform.

2. Personal data we collect

Identity and KYC data (name, PAN, Aadhaar, address, photographs), contact details, employment and income information, bank account details, loan application data, bureau scores (customer-facing summary only), device/session metadata, and support communications.

3. Purpose of processing

Loan origination and servicing, KYC/AML compliance, credit assessment, disbursement and collections, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and customer support — only for purposes disclosed at onboarding and covered by your consents.

4. Legal basis

I have read and agree to LendiGo’s Privacy Policy for collection, storage and processing of my personal, KYC, financial and device data for loan origination and servicing, including use by authorised Lending Service Providers on a need-to-know basis as disclosed in the Loan Application Form. We also process data where required by applicable law and RBI/NBFC regulations.

5. Data sharing

We share data with credit bureaus, KYC/eSign/eNACH providers, payment aggregators, and cloud infrastructure partners under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Data is retained per regulatory requirements for active loans, rejected applications, audit, and consent records. Erasure requests are honoured subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your rights (DPDP Act)

You may access, correct, or request erasure of your data via the app (Profile, Settings) or by contacting privacy@lendigo.in. Grievances are handled within 30 days.

8. Security

We maintain ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified ISMS controls, role-based access, encryption in transit, and audit logging for sensitive operations.
