1. Agreement

I accept the Terms & Conditions of Dhantrix Financing Private Limited (LendiGo) for use of this digital lending platform and acknowledge that the Loan Application Form, Sanction Letter, MITC, KFS and Loan Agreement (when issued) form part of my Loan Documents.

2. Eligibility

You must be an Indian resident aged 18+, with valid KYC documents and capacity to enter a binding loan contract. One active application per product may apply.

3. Platform use

You agree to provide accurate information, upload genuine documents, and not misuse the platform for fraud or unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse.

4. Loan offer & agreement

Sanction letters, Key Fact Statements, and loan agreements issued through the platform constitute binding terms upon your acceptance and successful eSign/eNACH completion.

5. Fees & charges

Processing fees, insurance (if applicable), interest, late payment penalties, and foreclosure charges are disclosed in the product policy and KFS before you accept an offer.

6. EMI & collections

EMI payments are due per the agreed schedule. We may contact you for verification, servicing, and collections as permitted by law and your consents.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an best-effort basis. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Force majeure events may affect service availability.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.
